Terms and Conditions
- If You Are Registering for Annual Billing: Your HR Forums
membership begins on the day that you register, lasts for 12 months, and
is up for renewal annually. If you have elected to have us invoice you,
your payment is due by 30 days after we email the invoice. If you are not
satisfied with your membership for any reason and notify the HR Forums in
writing within 180 days of the start of your membership, we will cancel
your membership and refund the prorated balance.
- If You Are Registering for Monthly Billing: Your credit
card will be charged for the monthly fee on the day you register, and will
be automatically charged for the same amount on the same day of each month
that follows. You can cancel at any time by contacting us.
- Discount Code: If we have issued
you a discount code, please note the expiration date. The discount code is
good only if we receive payment by the expiration date.
- Scheduled Events: HR Forums
membership entitles you to participate in all scheduled events and
activities provided for members at the level for which you are
registering. We make every attempt to maintain a full calendar of events for
members, but we make no specific commitments about the type of events, or
the number of events, that will be scheduled each year.
- Confidentiality: The ability of
members to engage in in-depth dialogue where valuable knowledge is shared,
depends on a culture of trust. Therefore we ask all members to respect the
confidentiality guideline, which is a condition of membership. That is:
specific information provided by any member, either at meetings or online,
may not be disclosed to anyone who is not a member of the HR Forums,
without the expressed consent of the speaker.
