Terms and Conditions
- Alpha Test: January through March 2010. The HR Forums is
testing the Knowledge Concierge service. Our commitment during this period
is to make any necessary changes as we think they are needed. Our goal is
to make this service a permanent part of HR Forums membership benefits.

Plus Level: 3
questions/ month at no charge. Additional questions are $60 each.
- Executive
Level: 1
question/month at no charge. Additional questions are $60 each.
- Everyone
Else: $100/question.
- Fee
Payable: Online at the time you
submit your question.
- Scope
of Service
The purpose
of the Knowledge Concierge service is to speed up your access to HR/Business
knowledge that you are seeking. It is not intended as a substitute for
specialized advice from qualified professionals such as attorneys, accountants,
etc.

- Submit your payment if required.
- Provide any additional information requested by
the Knowledge Concierge.
- Knowledge Concierge Responsibility
- Reply to your question within one business day.
- Request any necessary additional information.
Let you know when to expect your report. Our goal is to get you your
report in most situations within one business day after all information
is received. Some reports may take longer.

- The Knowledge Concierge may also be available to
provide you with more extensive assistance on a project basis. Please
check with him/her regarding availability & fee structure.

Your report will be a brief document containing various
kinds of information such as:
- Brief recommendations
- Links to useful web sites
- Useful documents, templates, policies, etc.
- Networking contacts who may be able to provide
useful assistance
- Selected service providers with good referrals
and/or good reputations
- Books, articles, business publications
- Etc.
